Who provides the service
QuizLegion is provided by the game's creator, trading as EdekStudio. Contact: edekstudio.games@gmail.com. By installing the game and creating an account you accept these terms.
What QuizLegion is
A one-on-one quiz game played asynchronously — you answer when you have time, your opponent answers when they do. ⚠ Each turn has a time limit (48 hours by default); missing it means losing by walkover. The game is free and is funded by advertising and optional purchases.
Your account
You may play as a guest, but you may lose progress when changing devices.
One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain a ranking advantage or referral rewards is prohibited.
⛔ Accounts are never merged. Signing in with a Google account that has already been used takes you to that account; guest progress is archived and not transferred. The game warns you before this happens.
Rules — what is not allowed
modified apps, bots, automation or network traffic inspection,
collecting or sharing a database of correct answers,
arranged matches or accounts created only to lose on purpose,
harassment, offensive nicknames or impersonation.
In-game currency and purchases
Coins and stars have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to another player. They are a licence to use them in the game.
Payments are handled by Google Play, which sets prices and collects the money. Refunds are handled by the store, under its rules.
⚠ A refund removes access to what was paid for.
Because digital content is delivered immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you agree to immediate delivery — which is how an in-game purchase works.
Advertising
The game shows ads. Some are optional — you watch them to earn a reward and are never forced to. The "no ads" purchase removes advertising and gives no gameplay advantage. Which ads you see depends on your age and consent — see the privacy policy.
Question content
Questions are prepared in many languages and, despite review, mistakes can happen. Every question has a report button. ⚠ A reported question may be suspended so it stops appearing in new matches; matches already in progress finish normally.
Suspension and blocking
We may suspend or block an account that breaks the rules above, in particular for cheating, multiple accounts or harassment. ⚠ Blocking means losing progress, currency and purchases on that account. If you believe a block is unfair, contact us and we will review it.
Availability and changes
We aim for the game to run without interruption but do not guarantee it. We may change gameplay rules, rewards and shop content, and will announce significant changes in the game. ⚠ If the game ever has to close, we will give notice in advance and stop selling purchases beforehand.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the game settings or by writing to us. ⚠ Your public player code stays permanently reserved so that old invite links never point to someone else. ⛔ Deletion cannot be undone, and unused currency and purchases are lost.
Complaints and governing law
Complaints: edekstudio.games@gmail.com, answered within 14 days. Polish law applies. ⚠ If you are a consumer, these terms do not limit your rights under mandatory provisions of law.
